Terms of Service
These terms explain what you can expect from TimelySocials and what we expect from you when you use our social media scheduling, publishing, planning, and analytics tools.
Last updated: April 26, 2026
Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TimelySocials, including our website, dashboard, scheduling tools, analytics, billing flows, integrations, and related services.
By creating an account, using the Free plan, purchasing a paid subscription, connecting a social media profile, or otherwise using TimelySocials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use TimelySocials. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, agency, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that entity.
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
- Protect your password, access tokens, and connected social media credentials.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own security failure.
Plans, billing, and renewals
TimelySocials is offered through a permanent Free plan and paid subscription plans. The Free plan includes product limits and does not require payment information. Paid subscriptions unlock higher limits and additional platform access depending on plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Pricing, feature limits, account connection limits, team member allowances, and plan availability may vary by plan and billing cycle.
- The Free plan is intended for creators who want a lighter publishing workflow with limited usage.
- Starter plans are intended for smaller individual or creator use cases.
- Growth plans are intended for growing creators, brands, and businesses.
- Scale plans are intended for larger teams, agencies, or high-volume workflows once released.
- Taxes, processor fees, and local charges may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until billing is resolved.
Connected social accounts and third-party services
TimelySocials lets you connect third-party social media platforms and external services. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access and process the data required to publish content, retrieve analytics, and support the features you enable.
Your use of those third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, API rules, rate limits, content standards, and product restrictions. If a platform changes, removes, or limits a capability, we may need to adjust or remove the related feature in TimelySocials.
- You are responsible for maintaining your rights to use any connected account, page, channel, or profile.
- You must not use TimelySocials to evade platform policies, impersonate others, or automate prohibited actions.
- We are not responsible for outages, API changes, suspensions, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.
Your content and your rights
You retain ownership of the content, captions, media, labels, hashtags, drafts, and other materials you upload or create through TimelySocials.
You grant TimelySocials a limited license to host, process, transmit, format, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate the service, publish your scheduled posts, provide previews, generate analytics, and maintain backups and security protections.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all text, images, videos, PDFs, and other assets you upload.
- You must not upload content that infringes another party’s intellectual property or violates law.
- We may remove or restrict content if required by law, platform policy, or to protect the service and other users.
Acceptable use
You may not use TimelySocials in a way that harms other users, our infrastructure, or third-party platforms. We expect customers to use the platform responsibly and lawfully.
- Do not upload malware, malicious scripts, or harmful code.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or interfere with availability.
- Do not use the service for spam, deceptive marketing, fraudulent activity, harassment, or unlawful content distribution.
- Do not misrepresent metrics, impersonate brands or people, or bypass account limits through abusive behavior.
Service changes, availability, and support
We work to keep TimelySocials reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or universal support for every social platform feature at all times.
We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue features, plans, or integrations from time to time. Where practical, we will aim to avoid disruptive changes and provide reasonable notice for material updates.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using TimelySocials at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay for a subscription, create legal or security risk, or misuse the platform.
Termination does not erase obligations that reasonably should survive, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimer and liability terms, and dispute-related provisions.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TimelySocials is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every post will publish successfully in every circumstance or that social platform behavior will remain consistent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimelySocials and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as TimelySocials evolves. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide notice inside the product or through other reasonable channels.
Continuing to use TimelySocials after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised version.
